The third full-length novel set at Blandings Castle, the seat of the fictional Lord Emsworth and the setting for numerous tales and adventures. In this particular story, Lord Emsworths younger brother Gally is down at Blandings attempting to write a memoir of his wild youth. However, a scheme is put in place by those who do not wish him to succeed.
Written by English humorist P. G. Wodehouse, known for his amusing novels and short stories, many of which are set at Blandings.
CONDITION
Bound in the publishers cloth with the original dust wrapper. Externally, excellent, with light shelf wear only. Dust wrapper is worn, with loss to the spine head and tail, heavier loss to the rear panel and lacking the entirety of the front flyleaf. The occasional additional tear, with sunning to the spine and the odd mark. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are clean and a little age toned.
