International shipping

Damages or Lost Mail
If you receive your item and itis damaged, please email us immediately. Please retain all the packingmaterials including the boxes. Please take photos of the damage areas and theoutside box. Please email us all the photos and a detail description of thedamage area. We will submit all the information to the insurer for claims. Youwill be required to sign an affidavit to attest the information submitted.
If the item suffered onlypartial damage, the insurer will pay for the partial loss or repair cost. You willneed to provide an appraisal to prove the loss of value if you wish to claimpartial loss. If you wish to claim restoration cost, you will need to providean estimate written by a restorer.
If your item is lost, pleaseemail us immediately. We will file a search with USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Forinternational mail, the insurer requires a 45 days wait period to file a claim.You must also email us within 75 days.
