We offer FREE shipping to most UK locations. Please note, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands will require an additional charge so please contact us for a quote.

We use recognised carriers to ship our items, we request that you carefully check all packages before signing and accepting delivery. If your package is damaged in any way, please refuse the item and notify us within 24 hours.

We accept returns within 14 days (unused items only).
If your product is unwanted you can return it to us as long as you return the item unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.You will need to pay your own return postage costs and be responsible for the item if it is damaged in transit.

We offer a 12 month back to base warranty (manufacturing defects only).
We reserve the right to either send out a replacement part or have your item returned for repair, replacement or refund at our own discretion. If an item does have to be returned under our back to base warranty you will be responsible for the cost of delivery to and from our East Anglian depot.

Were sorry but delivery costs are non-refundable.
We can only issue refunds for the cost of the item; we do not refund delivery costs.

IMPORTANT - This unit must be fitted by a registered gas safe catering engineer, proof of this will be required in the event of a claim. No pipes, fittings or regulators are supplied with the appliance.

We will not under any circumstance accept any return or warranty claim if this unit has not been installed by a registered GAS Safe engineer and an installation certificate MUST be provided points de vente in such a case.

Under UK and Irish law the appliance must be fitted by a Catering Gas Safe registered engineer. Failure to have the appliance fitted by a Gas Safe Registered engineer is an offence, and will invalidate the appliances warranty
