• Processing:We do our best to get shipments out the next business day, after payment is received. However, due to order volume, weekends, and holidays your item(s) can take up to 5 business days to ship. If you need your item in a hurry please let me know ahead of time. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis unless arrangements are made.

• Shipping days: Tuesday - Friday

• Damaged shipments:All shipments have insurance included. Please notify the driver upon delivery if the package appears damaged. They will NOT note the damage unless you point it out. Pen the package and inspect the item for damage. If the item is damaged contact me immediately for further instruction on filing a claim. DO NOT throw away the packaging, put the package back together, it may need to be made available for inspection by the carrier.

• Feedback:We leave all our feedback once a month. Do to thenumber of sales it is easier to leave feedback all at once. • Withdraws:We are generally reasonable with requests for withdraws. The sooner you contact me the better. Do not wait until after the auction has ended.
