Both items were prizes that you could win in the 1994 Courvoisier " Meet Me In Paris " giveaway contest. Bars and restaurants would give customers a scratch off card that would reveal the prize you won. The Eiffel tower key chain and fanny pack were two of the prizes that could be won. This bar received the contest items but never used them. They have been stored until now. Fun collectable items you dont see every day.
