Pewter w-Green Ceramic Enameled Pitcher Jug Matching Saucer Lovatts of Langley, England 1900s.Larger style model, marked on pitcher & saucer-plate 918 in gold script (probablymeans Sept 1918) Information says company was bought and name changed in 1925 or so, again in 1930 after WW1.

Excellent to pretty good condition, few small bumps, a little green enamel missing, especially on bottom of pitcher where it meets saucer-hot plate, for age in great shape, pewter is great no pits, scratches, functions as it should, no lose lid, parts, etc..

Larger than normal ones you see, although these are rare to see at all!

Measures: 7.5 inches tall, 6 inches of usable depth, 4.25 inches wide, spout area measures 3.25, lid nice, pewter pull perfect, fennel on top of lid still there, base is 4 inches wide.

Matching plate, saucer, etc..is 6.25 inches around, thick w/a rimmed base itself of 4 inches, same 9 18 in gold script on bottom of pitcher & plate, matched set, rare especially in the larger shaped style. Gold, or Silver around handle, rim of saucer, 99% there.

Pitcher-Jug, can be used for warm or cold liquids. Old English Beauty, we have had for 25+ years in storage, just found it while emptying & opening boxes from storage facility!
